TS Govt transfers 10 IPS officers

Telangana state government on Thursday issued orders transferring 10 IPS officers and 26 deputy superintendent rank officers. Ms Rohini Priyadarshini, a Tamil Nadu cadre office, who came to Telangana in 2016 on inter-cadre transfer, was posted as DCP (crimes) at Cyberabad in the place of DCP Janaki Sharmila.


Sultan Bazaar ACP Chetna Mylabhutala was posted as SP, Narayanpet, relieving the additional charge of Mahbubnagar SP Rema Rajeshwari. Godavarikhani ASP Rakshita K. Murthy was posted as Mancherial DCP in the place of Mr M.S. Venu Gopal.


Bhadrachalam ASP Sangram Singh Patil Ganapatrao was transferred as Mulug SP, relieving additional charge of Bhupalpally SP R. Bhaskaran. ASP Rajesh Chandra was transferred to Bhadrachalam. Greyhounds ASP Sharat Chandra Kumar was transferred to Eturnagaram. ASP Grey Hounds P. Sai Chaitanya is transferred and posted as SDPO Mahadevpura (Kataram) in the place of KRK Prasad.


The government did not decide on the postings of DCP Janaki Sharmila, Mr Venu Gopal and K.R.K. Prasad. Ibrahimpatnam ACP S. Malla Reddy, who was facing allegations of having links with the accused in the case of the murder of NRI businessman Ch Jayaram, was attached to the Chief Office at Hyderabad.
