TRS nominated Prabhakar Rao as MLC candidate

Hyderabad: The TRS will field M.S. Prabhakar Rao for the MLC seat under Hyderabad Local Bodies constituency. The decision was taken by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. Mr. Prabhakar is presently the MLC who shifted to TRS four years ago after winning in 2013 on a Congress ticket. The Congress had sought his disqualification for joining the TRS but no action was taken. Recently, he and other Congress MLAs merged the Congress party in Legislative Council with the TRS. He was also the MLC from 2010 to 2013 as Congress candidate.
