HMR works at Hitech City will complete in 10 days

Hyderabad:  Hyderabad Metro Rail works at Hitech City to be completed in 10 days said the Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) managing director NVS Reddy. NVS Reddy on Friday inspected all the eight stations of Ameerpet - Hitech city stretch.


He further said that the footpaths developed by HMRL on Road No. 36, Jubilee Hills and other places will be protected with bollards to prevent parking of the vehicles and the shop owners shall be warned not to misuse the footpaths and allow free pedestrian movement.


Electric charging facilities, bus bays, auto bays and e-vehicle bays will be created at all the metro stations and the two-acre space at Madhuranagar-Taruni station will be utilised for holding a temporary 'Taruni Market' on the lines of Numaish (Exhibition) with about 150 stalls, catering to the needs of women and children.
