Another jolt to Congress: Palair MLA likely to join TRS

Hyderabad: Congress MLA Kandala Upender Reddy from Palair Constituency of Khammam district met TRS working president KTR. He expressed willingness to join the ruling TRS and becomes the sixth MLA leaving the Congress party ahead of Lok Sabha elections. Kandala Upender Reddy won against TRS candidate and former minister Thummala Nageshwar rao. 


Two Congress MLAs from Khammam Rega Kantha Rao, Haripriya Naiak already announced that they are joining TRS. Sabitha Indira Reddy, Athram Sakku and  Chirumarthi Lingaiah also ready to quit Congress to join TRS. TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah also ready to join TRS. This situation became big shock to Telagana Congress ahead of  Lok Sabha elections.
