Rs 24 lakh hawala money seized in Hyderabad

The Cyberabad police seized unaccounted cash of Rs 24 lakh during vehicle check in the city. The man was identified as the driver to MPP of Rapthadu in Anantapur, who is learned to be an associate of TDP leader. He was identified as Santosh Reddy and was caught while travelling in a private travels bus with the cash. As he failed to reveal the source of the cash, the police seized the cash and took him into custody. The seized cash was handed over to the Income Tax Department.
