Police files case against minister Talasani and his son

Hyderabad: Cases were registered against minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and his son, TRS Lok Sabha candidate Sai Kiran on Tuesday for holding a public meeting at a school premises without any prior permission.


Srinivas Yadav and Sai Kiran organised prayer meet in a school near Rezimental Bazar on behalf of Christian Council. According to the police, they had taken permission for the prayer meet but appealed to the people to vote for TRS as a part of the election campaign. As they have not taken permission for the campaign, the police filed cases against MLC Rajeshwara Rao, corporator Akula Roopa, Christian council bishop Gollapalli John based on the complaint lodged by flying squad Srinivas.
