Traffic restrictions in Hyderabad tomorrow

The Hyderabad police have made huge arrangements with 8,000 staff, 400 CCTV cameras for Hanuman Shobha yatra which is to be held on 19 April (Friday) on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanthi. As Good Friday is also been observed on the same day, the police have tightened the security measures in the city. For the smooth movement of the procession, the surveillance is monitored with the command control room. 


The traffic restrictions will be implemented in the routes were Shobha yatra take places on Friday. The procession will begin from Gowliguda Ram temple at 8 am and will conclude at Veeranjaneya Swami temple at Tadbund, Secundrabad. The Shobha yatra will cover 12 kilometers stretch passing through major areas, Gowliguda, Kachiguda, Narayanaguda, RTC crossroads, Bible house, Bata. The Hyderabad CP Anjani Kumar, GHMC Commissioner Dana Kishore has inspected the route, which Shobha Yatra will pass. In a tweet, the Hyderabad Traffic police advice to plan your journeys by avoiding the procession route from 10 am to 8 pm.
