Eight-day-old baby abducted from govt hospital

Sangareddy MLA Jaggareddy announced Rs 2 lakh reward on an eight-day-old infant who was abducted from government general hospital three days ago. The infant was stolen from Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) at Mother and Child Care Centre (MCCH) on Tuesday.


Jaggareddy visited the hospital today and consoled the newborn parents. Announcing the reward, the MLA asked SP to arrange police picket at the hospital. He also assured to prevent such incidents in the future.


"A reward of Rs 2 lakh will be given to the citizens if anyone hands over the baby to the parents," Jaggareddy said.On Wednesday, SP, C Chandrasekhar Reddy has announced Rs 50,000 reward if anyone provides them reliable information pertaining to the abduction case.
