Harish Rao and Jagga meet after 14 years

Hyderabad: They both belong to the same district; the two were elected as MLAs in the recent assembly elections from different political parties. Both were in the same party in the past, but they turned severe critics of each other. And, after 14 ye-ars, both met in the assembly lobbies on Thursday to everybody’s surprise.

The two are Congress MLA T Jayaprakash (Jagga) Reddy and finance minister T. Harish Rao. Incidentally, when the two met in the assembly lobbies, their meeting went on for about 30 minutes.

Both belong to the old Medal district. Jagga Reddy was in TRS for some time in the past. During the recent assembly elections and also later the Congress MLA had made serious allegations against Harish Rao. In this backdrop, the two meeting left MLAs and political circles surprised.

After the meeting, Jagga Reddy said he had discussed development of his Sangareddy constituency.
