Telangana reshuffles IAS officers

Hyderabad: Sandeep Kumar Sultania, a 1998 batch Indian Administrative Service officer was on Thursday posted as Secretary to the Chief Minister in the Chief Minister’s office. The General Administration Department, in its orders, said Sultania will continue to hold full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government, AHDD & F Department, until further orders.

The government also said K Manicka Raj, IAS (2005), presently the Collector & District Magistrate, Sangareddy, will henceforth be Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister in the CMO.

Meanwhile, K Dharma Reddy, IAS (2012), who was the Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Medchal- Malkajgiri, has been transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Medak. Manicka Raj was holding additional charge of this position till Thursday.

In other transfers effected on Thursday, T. Vinay Krishna Reddy, IAS (2013), Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Khammam was posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Jangaon, relieving Anita Ramachandran, IAS (2004) from full additional charge. While Ch. Shivalingaiah, IAS (2013), Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Nirmal was posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Mahabubabad relieving Lokesh Kumar D.S., IAS (2003) from full additional charge, V. Venkateswarlu, IAS (2013), Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Sangareddy was posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Sangareddy.

The orders also said D. Amoy Kumar, IAS (2013), Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Jayashankar Bhupalapally was posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Jayashankar Bhupalapally relieving R.V. Karnan, IAS (2012) from full additional charge.

In the last of the transfers announced on Thursday, the government posted M. Haritha, IAS (2013), Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Warangal Rural as Collector & District Magistrate, Warangal Rural relieving Amrapali Kata, IAS (2010) from full additional charge.
