Liquor sales increased in telangana

Hyderabad, Oct 14: A new liquor policy is launched in Telangana from October 1,The liquor sales have grown from the last 13days.
In last 12 days, the state has liquor worth Rs 700 crores was consumed. The liquor worth above Rs 50 crore is utilised per day.
Beer sales have grown high. With lack of beer in the state, beer is being imported from the neighboring states.
Almost 7 to 8 lakh cases of beers were imported from other states in the past. But now in October alone four lakh cases of beers are being imported.
Beer sales are commonly high during the summer season.
