Centre is showing favouritism to BJP ruling states: KTR

Hyderabad: TRS working president KT Rama Rao said that the centre is not providing any financial assistance to the projects being carried out in Telangana. Hailing Mission Bhagiratha project in the state, KTR said that the initiative was appreciated by PM Modi in his Mann Ki Baat besides bagging an award from the centre.
He asserted that the Union ministry has denied Niti Aayog's proposal of providing Rs 19,000 crores to Mission Bhagiratha and Rs 4000 crores to other projects in Telangana whereas the centre accorded Rs 3831 crores to irrigation projects in BJP-ruling Maharashtra. KTR also alleged that the centre is showing favouritism to BJP ruling states.
