Man stoles Rs. 7 lakh from friend Paytm account

Mahbubabad: A man stole Rs. 7 lakh from his friend's Paytm wallet. The accused, Gajjala Balaraju, who hails from Hyderabad, befriended one Naveen from Mahbubabad. Both started a ration rice distribution business a few months ago. Naveen was caught in some crime and sent to jail. Meanwhile, Gajjala Balaraju began supervising all his money transactions. Gradually, he opened a fake Paytm account in his mobile and transferred all his friend's money to this account. Pretending to take care of the family, he went to Naveen's house time and again to delete the OTP messages. Naveen's wife, who noticed the loss, lodged a complaint with the police, who nabbed Balaraju.
