Teacher suspended for harassing students

A Telugu pandit was suspended and a daily worker was removed from services for allegedly sexually harassing girl students at an Ashram School at Aswaraopet in Bhadradri Kothagudem district. The action was taken following the complaint by students against the teacher and the worker. An enquiry was conducted into the incident on Monday by concerned officials.
The ITDA PO Pamela Sathpathy is learnt to have issued orders on Tuesday suspending Telugu teacher Srinivas Rao and terminating the services of daily wage worker Sakru with immediate effect.
