62 Women Selected For Haj 2018

Telangana state Haj Committee stated that a total of 62 women applicants from Telangana state were selected for Haj 2018, under Mehram quota.The Haj committee of India had allotted 500 seats under the Mehram Quota for women applicants whose male companions were selected but they could not apply in time or get selected.
Of 604 candidates who had applied under the quota, 577 were shortlisted. Out of 64 applicants from TS, 62 were selected. They will have to submit their documents before 5 May in the office of the TS Haj Committee.
